FAQ
1. How do you handle snack time for toddlers?
To ensure the best experience for our toddlers, we offer the same snacks to all the kids in our care. We typically have things like cereal, crackers, and juice boxes on hand. If your child has any allergies or diet restrictions, please be sure to let us know – we will follow your exact instructions!
2. Can I leave a bottle for my bottle-fed infant?
Parents are welcome to provide labeled bottles and our volunteers will follow your exact instructions. We also offer a quiet, comfortable space for breastfeeding mothers if needed.
3. What if my child needs a diaper change?
We ask parents to handle diaper changes for their little ones. We will contact you if your child needs a diaper check while in our care.
4. What is your policy if my child is sick?
We care deeply about the health of every child and family in our church. Children should stay home from childcare if they have any of the following symptoms within the last 24 hours: fever, vomiting, diarrhea, persistent cough, pink eye, unexplained rash, or any contagious illness.
If your child becomes ill while in childcare, we will contact you immediately so you can pick them up. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping our childcare healthy and safe for everyone.
5. Do I need to make a reservation or can I just drop in?
Reservations in advance are not necessary. We do ask that you stop by the Childcare Kiosk to check in before dropping off your little one.
