Senior Pastor
Aleksey helped plant Crossroad Church in 2018 and is the lead pastor of this vibrant community of believers who have a passion for reaching the lost. He has been married to Irina for over 20 years, and together, they have eight children. Aleksey has a passion for the salvation of souls and mentoring couples to have strong, God-centered marriages.
Associate Pastor
Yuri studied Bible coursework and environmental sciences at Northwest University. He has served in church ministry for more than 23 years; serving in missions, deaconship, evangelism, youth leadership, and prison outreach. Yuri co-founded Gates of Freedom Ministries in 2009 and has played a big role in leading the Women’s Recovery Center. He has served at Crossroad Church as associate pastor since 2018. Yuri’s motivation for ministry is to be able to empower, equip, and mentor people to be able to do beyond what he does.
Associate Pastor
When Egor was born again at the age of 18, he became passionate about evangelism and discipleship. Seeing the transformative power of God’s grace in his own life, he began seeking opportunities to share his faith with people. Starting in his church in Ukraine with serving in kids ministry and youth, he expanded the outreach to prison ministry and worked with people struggling with addictions. He continued this same work when he emigrated to the United States, and in 2009, with God’s help, he co-founded the Gates of Freedom ministry, which has become a place of hope and healing for many individuals struggling with addiction.

Paul and Marina have been married since 2007 and are parents of five children: Nathan, Aden, Olivia, Asher, and Ezra. Together, they are passionate about building a Christ-centered home where Jesus, hospitality, and discipleship are a way of life.
