At Crossroad Church, we are:
1. Christ Centered - in worship, ministry, and lifestyle
Jesus is the central focus, priority, and ultimate purpose of our lives. (Col 1:15-20)
2. Biblically Grounded - teaching the depth of God’s Word
The Bible serves as the ultimate guide for godly living – offering wisdom, truth, and direction in every season of our lives. (2 Tim 3:16-17)
3. Anchored in Prayer - to worship and to be empowered by the Holy Spirit
When we experience God’s presence and are filled with His Spirit, we are able to take part and continue the ministry of Jesus on earth. (Acts 4:31)
4. Gospel Driven - community based
We are obedient to Jesus’ Great Commission when we share the Good News with others. We want all people – near and far to know about God’s amazing love and grace. (Mk 16:15-16)
5. Welcoming - loving and accepting of all who desire to know Jesus
6. Discipleship Oriented - seeking to become faithful followers of Jesus
We are called to walk in the footsteps of Jesus and reflect His character. By continually aligning our words and actions to God’s Word, we grow in faithfulness to this calling and create an environment where discipleship, real spiritual growth and meaningful relationships can flourish. (Matt 28:18-20, 1 Pet 2:21)
7. Giving - of our time, talents, and treasures
Giving shifts our focus outward, allowing us to demonstrate God’s love in practical ways, meet real needs, and be the hands and feet of Christ in our church and community. (Rom 12:7-8)
